Great Newham Run 2015 Completed

I participated the Great Newham Run on July 19th, completing the 10k course in 51:15 which wasn’t bad considering little training.  It was a great day, hotter than expected, very well organised, and the buzz as you entered the stadium for the last 300m was fantastic.  Recommend it to other runners!  The course takes you around the Queen Elizabeth Olympic park used for 2012 games.  This year, still quite a lot of building going on but when park is finished it…

Royal Parks Half Marathon 2014 Done!
