The final day was the PRL ride on Zwift. 11 laps of the London Loop.
Above shows the stats recorded by Zwift App. I can’t quite believe I completed the 100 miles in under 5 hrs which is cool. Yes, I did enjoy a beer or two after the ride, needed to replace the 4000 calories burned!
Final week burndown below, it turned out I had to do a bit more to catch up to leave approx 100 miles for the last day!
I was joined (kind of) on the ride by members of my extended family, who went out for short rides during the day, including my parents who took turns on their exercise bike! My folks supported me 2 years ago with the Bloodwise team from their mile 99 point.
I am really pleased to say that I exceeded my target, raising £1140 for Blood Cancer UK. Their social feeds on Sunday & Monday was filled with many stories and pictures from others who also partook in the MyPRL event held in place of the Ride London. I’m sure a lot of money was raised over the weekend for Blood Cancer UK.
